REPRODUCTION RADIATORS - GUARANTEE

  1. The customer is responsible for inspecting any item immediately upon receipt. Vintage Cast Iron Radiators Ltd must be informed of any problem within 3 days of receiving your item. Thereafter Vintage Cast Iron Radiators Ltd will not be responsible for any damage or shortage that would have been apparent upon reasonable inspection.

  2. Vintage Cast Iron Radiators Ltd will not, under any circumstance be responsible for any damage or shortage that can be reasonably attributed to a third party.

  3. The functionality of new radiators supplied by Vintage Cast Iron Radiators Ltd is guaranteed for 10 years from the date of purchase.

  4. Guarantees on new radiators are not dependent upon PH levels in heating systems, however, systems must be maintained to a reasonable standard in order to allow free passage of water throughout the radiator.

  5. Guarantees do not cover reasonable wear and tear or fade to paintwork.

  6. Guarantees are not transferable and are only offered to the customer named on the original invoice.

  7. Customers must retain the original invoice and provide this as proof of purchase in support of any claim against the guarantee

  8. Guarantees will not include the cost of original delivery or associated plumbing costs.

  9. The purchaser must cover the cost of removal and re-fitting of radiators claimed for under the guarantee

  10. Vintage Cast Iron Radiators Ltd will arrange and cover the cost of transportation up to and in line with standard charges applied through The Pallet Network for radiators claimed for under guarantee.

  11. Transportation of radiators claimed for under the guarantee will be done through a third party, TPN (The pallet network), kerb-side service.

  12. Replacements cannot be made without receipt of the faulty item.

  13. Vintage Cast Iron Radiators Ltd must be able to inspect the faulty item and assess the cause of the fault prior to acceptance of any claim made under the guarantee.

  14. Vintage Cast Iron Radiators Ltd will not offer plumbing services and cannot be held responsible for breakages incurred during the fitting process (e.g. cracks resulting from over tightening of plugs and bushes, breakages resulting from mishandling, etc).

  15. Guarantees do not cover breakage, or faults incurred by mis-fitting, misuse or accidental damage in the customer’s home.
